At Louella DeVille I ship using Couriers Please & Australia post. Due to the high volume of orders I recieve, orders are generally posted the next day. During high volume orders or sales, please allow a few business days for your order to be packed and processed. I do not pack or process orders on weekends or public holidays. There is a small packaging and handling fee included for each postal charge. These rates are for unlimited items. This is NOT signature delivery. Please remember I am only one person, and I process your orders from start to finish all by myself!
Free shipping is offered on all Australian orders that reach $150 or more, and will automatically apply at the checkout! These orders may be sent via courier or australia post.
During high volume discount sales, I may charge higher flat rates. These prices will be reflected in the checkout. Free shipping offers will also not be applicable during sales, unless noted otherwise.
*Higher post costs are charged to cover the excess postage costs involved in sending large volume orders as they do not fit into the smaller 500g satchels. If your order can be sent in the smaller satchel, you may be refunded for any overcharge where applicable. Refunds for postage overcharge will be processed back via Paypal Express Checkout, and refunded via the payment method selected.
During free shipping promotions, your order may be sent via the cheapest option available. If you would prefer your item to send with full tracking, please ensure you choose that option at the checkout.
If you need to exchange your purchase, please note that all postage costs are to be covered by you. If a credit note is to be issued, any postage costs will not be included. Please see further info in the Returns & Exchanges page.
You may be provided a tracking number upon shipment of your item. If you cannot locate it, please feel free to email email@example.com. Some orders are not sent with tracking. If you must have tracking, please ensure you choose the $10 or $15 postage options.
Want to know the postage status of your order? Simply click the tracking number in your email and it will instantly take you to the tracking website and advise the delivery status of your order. All tracking numbers can be copy/pasted to the websites for tracking. Please check the tracking before contacting me for a missing or delayed order.
Standard Australian postage times apply for all orders, and please note once the order is posted it is in the hands of Australia Post/Courier. I will not be held responsible for late, damaged or missing parcels. You can lodge a missing parcel complaint at www.auspost.com.au
