Returns and Exchanges

Need to return or exchange something you just received? No problem dollface! Simply read through our terms & conditions below, and of course contact me if you have any questions that aren’t answered below. While I do everything in my power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that Louella DeVille Boutique is a small business, run by only 1 person and may not have the same return and exchanges policies that you'll find at bigger branded chain stores. I also comply to all current Australian Consumer Laws.

Please choose carefully when ordering on louelladeville.com.au (yosps.com.au). Once you have ordered the item, you are committed to the purchase.  Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund in the event of a major product failure, in which it cannot be repaired or replaced - not if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or the item doesn't fit.

Return & Exchange Policies

 Timeline for returns & exchanges:

  • You may be eligible for a return/exchange only if the product arrives back to me within 14 days from the day the order was originally shipped. If I receive the product back after 14 days (15+ days) of the day the order was originally shipped, you will not be eligible for any store credit, returns or exchanges. If the return arrives after 15 days of the day the order was originally shipped, it will be refused and returned to you at your cost.

 

What can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Items described as "SALE" or “LAST OF” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased using a discount code, making them "SALE" items.
  • Petticoats, Swimwear, Lingerie, Shapewear, Cosmetics, Toiletries, Shoes, Jewellery, Accessories, and Homewares cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost.
  • Any product may be refused a return/exchange if there isn't another size available
  • Any product may be refused a return/exchange if it is considered to be no longer available to be restocked from the supplier
  • Any product may be refused a return/exchange if it is considered to be a slow seller and will not be restocked
  • Items without a RETURN AUTHORISATION (RA#) or unconfirmed returns

 

What can be returned or exchanged:

  • Any items not outlined in the "What can't be returned" section above are eligible for return or exchange if returned to us within the conditions outlined above.
  • Garments must have all tags attached, and must be sent back in all original packaging in new and unworn and unwashed condition.

 

Return & exchange shipping charges information:

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless I ship an item in error and you need to return it.
  • Returns and exchanges will require the customer to pay for return shipping. 
  • Returns or exchanges on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in store credit in the amount of $11 regular or $15 express, whichever method was used at time of posting.

 

Returns Process:

Please follow the steps below for an easy return! Please note, items purchased at YOSPS.COM.AU can only be returned or exchanged via post. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at any events I may trade at.

  1. Contact me via email shop@yosps.com.au to receive your Return Authorisation Number. Please ensure to state this along with your order number, name, and contact details. Also please let me know the reason for your return or if you’d prefer to exchange for another size. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Size exchanges will not be subject to restocking fees. I cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale, or discounted or discontinued products.
  2. If you do not receive a confirmation or RA# before you return your order, it will be sent back to you, at your cost.
  3. After you have contacted me, please ship your package back with your RA# clearly marked to:

* I recommend sending items back via Registered or Tracked post; I am not responsible for packages lost or delayed by shipping carriers. 


3.  Upon receiving your return back, your items will be inspected, and you will be emailed a store credit coupon, for the amount of your original purchase price, minus any restocking or postage fees. Please note this credit coupon is valid for 14 days only, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons, offers, or deals. Postage costs cannot included in your store credit. Please note returns/exchanges make take up to 1 week to be processed, so please be patient.

These terms and conditions are in addition to your legal statuatory rights as a consumer from the Department of Fair Trading.

I am not obligated to exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice and I reserve the right to exercise this at my discretion.
